What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people I work with in my direct team. Very supportive, encouraging and friendly.
Worst
A little bit of a 'that's the way we do it' culture. The management structure is very top down and not at all flat. Some military attitude (I am more senior than you so you will do what I say).
