Mars is looking for people who can:
1.) Demonstrate being able to learn quickly, espcially from failure. Failure is fine as long as you learn from it.
2.) An ability to lead and work with a wide variety of people.
3.) Being friendly and curious.
4.) What is it that drives you as an individual, what are your values and what do you value in others?
Do you have any interview tips?
1.) Research Mars as a culture and the principles they want to operate by.
2.) Know a bit about FMCG and the brands.
3.) Think of examples where you can bring to life your experience of learning and adapting to situation and how you have overcome challenges.
