What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident in your approach and don't worry about knowing too much about insurance as the job requires an equal proportion of character not just technical skill. When faced with a problem try to find solutions and not just disregard them, this will be key when it comes to the assessment stage. Finally be friendly and eager to speak (but don't overstep your mark) when applying as this is a people business that relies on making strong connections.
Do you have any interview tips?
If you are given a deadline stick to it especially when it comes to time keeping, don't overstep it and don't under reach it. Again find solutions to problems and be innovative. Communicate your personality not just your accolades. Don't wear vans to the interview no matter who stole your shoes the previous week.
