What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be proactive. The company looks for candidates with real leadership experience. A top academic record and University are expected, and so it is your other experience that will set you apart. A real passion for retail and the ability to clearly articulate why it is you want to work in the indusrty will go a long way.
