What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The company values revolve around being passionate about people, being inquisitive and desire to become an expert in your field of work, so demonstrating an interest in all of these at application level is key. Customer satisfaction is a strong focus within the company, so demonstrating a desire to provide excellent customer service and a good all round candidate experience is definitely something Hays will look for in future applicants for the role.
