What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Candidates must ensure that they are open and willing to learn. Industry experience is key to get noticed over other candidates - it will show during the assessment centres.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident in yourself, however don't be boisterous showing that you are not willing to listen to other peoples point of view. There is never a "right" way to do something on the assessment centre. Its focusing on who you are as a team player.
There is a presentation to two current directors. Making sure that enough time and effort into this is crucial. Not having prepared or not knowing the presentation well enough will instantly show.
