Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £39,000 - £41,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ten10 are after all sorts of personalities and skillsets, they are not after just one personality type. There are skills in everyone, just be yourself and have the confidence to apply because then, you've given yourself a chance of a new opportunity/career and life.

It is best to have done some preparation, read up on the company, but if you don't know an answer then just be honest.
