What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The vast majority of people are on the same page and everyone is always supportive and happy to help with anything, no matter how small.
Worst
Work life balance can be pretty bad when travelling a lot for site work. Also, I am the only consultant in my field in Scotland so this is hindering my development due to lack of face to face mentorship.

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
