What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people you work with are amazing: really skilled and you learn a lot from the people you're surrounded by. The culture is really unique and hard to describe succinctly: huge team culture, no blame culture, really focused on the wellbeing of their people and making sure everyone is being developed for promotion. Pay and benefits are equal for everyone in the same role + years experience combination and is really competitive.
Worst
A lot of travel around the country so you feel away from home a lot. Takes a while to get used to the lifestyle.

Starting salary: £49,000 - £51,000

Start: 07:30
Finish: 17:30
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Numerical tests: Read the advice on the test well before starting the test. Although there is negative marking to discourage guessing, weigh the risk of leaving a lot of things blank for questions where you are fairly confident rather than certain of the answer.
Do you have any interview tips?
They are more interested in who you are as a person than what specific experience you have. Looking for people with technical skill, but a big factor is whether you have the people / interpersonal skills to go with that.
