What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident and friendly. Our role is client facing and our team is (at the moment) quite small, it's essential that you can get on with everybody. As a team we are very diverse and it works well, so be yourself and know what you are looking to get from the role and a career. You have to believe in our company and our ethos, if you don't have the same enthusiasm and determination it will soon show.
