Best
Fantastic Management and a great atmosphere in the office as well as extremely high earning potential.
Worst
This is a target based job, failing to hit targets can be disheartening however the management and training is fantastic and they will help you to reach your full potential if you are willing to learn.

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
