What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Lots of variety, the role I am in at the moment as a Contract Specialist means I get a lot of dealings with one of our biggest contractors, managing their risk and performance closely to deliver business outcomes and targets.
The team is great, there are a lot of development opportunities and I have been able to get involved in contract negotiations throughout my role.
Worst
Workload can be high, but if you focus and keep the right attitude the team are still keen on keeping a good work-life balance.
