What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Earlier the better.
Take time working on the answers for the questions which they ask.
Do the online practice tests and more practice ones to get used to the style as they are different than what you will be used too.
Do some research into the company before hand so you know the role is what you want to do.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be yourself, they're looking for the right kind of people not just technical ability.
They will ask a range of varying level of difficulty questions, going back to 1st year modules which I had long forgetton but knew with prompt so don't be afraid to say you don't know the answer to a question.
There are people working for the company to talk to through the day so take advantage of this and make sure its what you want to do.
There's a team task so get involved and help out, be talkative but not bossy and don't take too much time deliberating.
