What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 8:15

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Practise online maths and reasoning tests before doing the real thing - don't just dive in, otherwise it's a wasted opportunity.

Think through the longer questions on the application form very carefully - remember you're not expected to have perfectly polished professional answers at undergraduate level. Using an example of when you've overcome a difficulty in an extra-curricular activity can be just as powerful as using an example from some work experience you've done.

Do you have any interview tips?

Research the business and demonstrate a keen interest in its unique characteristics (e.g. the fact that it's privately owned). Have an answer ready for the standard questions (Why Mars?; Why not another FMCG's?; Why this scheme specifically? Tell us about a situation where you demonstrated leadership/failed/were challenged? etc.) at interview, but remember that the business really values authenticity - remember to be yourself, otherwise you/and the interviewers won't really know if you're a good fit or not.
