Do your research and ensure that you are fully aware of where the company stands in the industry and about the company itself.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviewing and application process is done in a really friendly way, so whilst of course you're going to have nerves, the assessors will naturally put you at ease. Brush up on competency-based questions for the assessment centre and make sure you have some idea of what you'll be expected to do on the day.
