What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do applications for other graduate schemes for practice, even if you have no interest in them. I did the Deloitte application as practice.
Do you have any interview tips?
Try to do a mock assessment centre if your university offers one. At the group exercise, remember that the point of it is to show that you can work well in a group, not to bully your policy position to the top! Make sure that you have good competency examples ready for the interview.
