Be honest and truthful. If you really care about the company then show you care and are there for that job specifically, don't treat it as just another job opportunity. It's a management scheme so questions are asked about management so prepare for this! Group work is a factor so work well with your group, don't shy away but don't boss people around and demand they do things your way every time.
