What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
do a lot of research into the company values and how the business model works, have some examples to hand of why your values match the company's.
Do you have any interview tips?
Genuinely be yourself, being genuine and enthusiastic can take you a long way. You may be asked to prepare a presentation for part of the assessment centre, make sure you do lots of background research on the topic as there are quite a few questions after.
In the final interview, the questions are skills based and relate to different qualities that you'll be sent before, it's helpful that you research the qualities to prepare some examples
