When applying, give as much detail as possible about why you want the role and why you are passionate about working with customers and putting customers first. Ensure you highlight all the experience you have.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. They are looking for people who are approachable, friendly and passionate. Everything we work towards is with the customer in mind so ensure that you relate everything back to how that can benefit the customer. Within the role play section they will try and challenge your decisions but make sure you explain thoroughly why you have come to that decision.
