What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
My colleagues! I come to work every day and have such a great team around me that I feel supported and happy every day of the week, I never dread coming into work!
Also, the feedback we get from parents and members of the public about how much of an impact we have had and how their child is excelling educationally is so rewarding.
The amazing social aspects of the role, from the Summer Party to the RADS!
Worst
My commute. I live quite far away and sometimes the traffic in Guildford can be quite bad!

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
