Relevant experience is key - be detailed and honest with your examples
It's a long process especially for the streams with Final Selection Boards (FSB) like the DaT scheme.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest - the FSAC (Fast Stream Assessment Centre) is a tough process but really digs in to your strengths and weaknesses so there is little point trying to pretend to be someone you're not.
Read up on current government initatives so you can apply your experience and knoweldge to what is currently being done. The blogs on Gov.uk are a great place to start for this
Read about the competency framework. You shouldn't tailor your performance to meet it but it's good to be aware of how you're being assessed.
