What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be yourself. Promote yourself as a genuine and normal person who is well-rounded and not over-confident and you will shine. BT doesn't have any place for selfishness is what I have learnt but they like to see people who have good ideas and can help the organisation grow and perform.
Don't exaggerate or oversell yourself because it isn't the type of place where you won't be found out. I've found that this is a very family-orientated organisation and people can read others easily so it's really best to just be a real person.

Do you have any interview tips?

- Demonstrate good teamwork skills - most important thing in BT I believe
- Communication and listening - be confident and take a leading roll but pay attention to others and value others ideas
- Be friendly and "normal" - if you're false, you won't get
