What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The ability to work on so many different projects with different areas of the company means I'm never doing the same thing twice. Also very satisfying to create the coding packages that get used throughout the company

Worst

My particular team is very flat, so promotion within the team will take time

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: I'd rather not say

Current salary: I'd rather not say

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The application process is very standard, so if you have applied to other jobs in a similar sector, you shouldn't expect any surprises. Remember to write a cover letter, and to take your time with the HireView - if it gives you the option to do practice questions then do them until you are comfortable talking to camera

Do you have any interview tips?

You'll probably have your prospective manager and an HR rep. They tell you who they are beforehand so you can have a look on Linkedin and see if there's anything you can take from that. They will ask questions about your CV so be prepared to link past experience into how that will make you good for the role (leadership, teamwork, work ethic, etc). Work on explaining technical topics in simple terms
