What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Include grades on your application from GCSE up to degree level. Read the TPP website prior to applying to get a sense of how important the work we do is.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be honest about yourself, don't over think trying to impress. Getting a real sense of who you are as a person is more important to the company than being a 'perfect worker'.
Make sure you know a bit about the company and the role you are applying for to prepare for the interview.
