What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be clear. Avoid jargon and acronyms. The company has a "simple and clear" mentality when it comes to language so apply that principle.
Be yourself, the graduates this year are from a wide variety of backgrounds and a mix of interests with varied skill sets. Consider what the company is looking for and work out how that applies to you. They want talented, passionate individuals, not faceless coporate drones.
