What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Think about where you would like to be in 3-5 years and make sure you can get to there with Rolls-Royce. The probability is that Rolls-Royce will have the path you want as there are so many but having a starting point gives you a head start.
Do you have any interview tips?
For the technical interview it is difficult to prepare but so long as you have an acceptable level of knowledge you should be fine. Make sure you are clear with your answers and speak all of your thoughts, as how you get to an answer is more useful than the answer can be sometimes. Don't be afraid to say you are unsure or to ask for another way of phrasing the answer, most of the time the interviewers will help you.
