Breadth and depth of work:
Interdependence between departments and the ability to communicate with a wide and interconnected network of people.
Variety of projects and being able to follow their progression.
The graduate scheme gives you huge opportunities to work across different areas of the business and on different projects, exposing you to the business as a whole.

Worst

Start before 8am.
Highest levels of management are quite old-school.
