What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

1. Do a lot of reading on the company, different schemes
2. Have a good idea about what you like about the company and the developments it delivers
3. Ensure you can speak about the key processes involved - e.g. if a planning role, be able to speak about key considerations of gaining planning from a developer perspective - what is the business trying to achieve (lots of reading helps with this)
