What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
This is role that you have to genuinely find interesting and engaging, but if you can bring the energy it needs then it is a good opportunity. Drive and ambition are good but the ability and desire to work as part of a highly functioning team is better.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is mixed, jumping form one thing to another - focus on yourself, take time to pause and be aware that if you have got to an interview you have the opportunity to show what you can offer the company. However, it is also your chance to see what they will offer you - it is a tough industry and you have to be honest with yourself if it is what you want to do.
