What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I am never afraid to ask questions and always have the opportunity to learn more. I started as an associate and within a year managed to get a job on the other side of the business in a different city. You really can progress if you're willing to put the work in and show initiative.

Worst

The hours can be difficult if you have responsibilities at home. The central service office has a very different atmosphere to the recruiter's floors, people are a lot quieter and more focused on their project work.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £23,000 - £25,000
