Best
Making and impact and creating great young people through the service we provide. Making great friends and supporting others.
Worst
When other people don’t pull their weight you get very stressed. Work life balance isn’t as it should be and you think about work in the evenings.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Current salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Start: 11:00
Finish: 20:00
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show your educational ability and passion for working with children, as well as a sense of business ownership. Something important at Explore is having a personal drive to develop and be better, so showing a willingness to improve/learn.
