What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Get any experience you can before applying for any role within the environment. Whether it be voluntary work, a placement, internship or a temporary role. Before my temporary role as a research assistant at my postgraduate University, I was doing well in interviews but losing out due to my lack of experience. Once my temporary role was finished, I received two offers from two interviews (100% success rate). I chose WSP in the end and don't have any regrets.
