What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Not being micro - managed. You have the freedom to work in a way that suits you and take reasonable breaks around the building. The facilities are also really good and encourages you to be in the office as much as you can.
Worst
There is a lot of exposure to some important / experienced people in the company, therefore it is easy to think your input may not be useful sometimes.

Research the company's core values and try and tailor your application answers to hose values
Do you have any interview tips?
Focus more on memorising different real life examples (work and non/work) that can be applied to a range of questions. For example, part time jobs, sports teams etc. The Interview was strength based to these examples can be applied to almost every question. Having them on your fingertips gives you confidence in what you're saying too.
