Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I would advise each candidate that no matter what background they are coming from it would benefit them to have an awareness into certain aspects of employment law. I would advise a future candidate that the more they get involved within the company the more they will get out. We are pushed to achieve personal goals within the company which I feel has developed me as a person. Any candidate who wishes to become a future leader in either Human resources or Employment law will definitely go far with the opportunities provided by Peninsula.

Do you have any interview tips?

Throughout the interview the candidate must be aware of how they present themselves. the interview process was not extremely difficult however I feel each candidate must listen carefully to each question. There may be certain real life scenarios throughout the interview process and therefore it would be to the candidates benefit to be aware of possible everyday business issues they may need to deal with over the advice line.The candidate must show their eagerness throughout the interview process as this is what makes the business tick.
