What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Fantastic office culture, very social and easy-going.
Breadth of activities, fantastic for a first job. Get to try a lot of things.
Lots of support.

Worst

Hard to secure work that you want/enjoy, especially in the early days.
Can be harder to focus on technical work, lots of meetings and communication.

Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000

Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Think about what makes a good consultant - communication skills, technical knowledge that can conveyed and organisation. Try to reflect these skills in your application.

Do you have any interview tips?

Take it easy, don't give up. I thought I had failed my interview already because I was underdressed (missed a memo about dress code), and ended up asking at the end and they confirmed everything was fine :) Be yourself, talk as you think, and do lots of practice with friends.
