What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Max Fordham is not looking for just people with an engineering degree who can do the math. They are looking for a conscientious person who can think outside of the box and work things out outside of their comfort zone. You should be enthusiastic about the work and willing to learn and push yourself. Also, practice drawing bikes.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview is mostly about understanding if you would work well within the ethos of the company and as part of the team. You'll be asked to think creatively and to work a few things out that may not have been part of your degree course. It was the friendliest and most engaging interview I had, not a gruelling test of my abilities.
