What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

This role is suited to individuals who prefer a flexible and slightly laid back work environment. The freedom we are given as graduates may sometimes be a bit overwhelming, but paired with the one-on-one attention we receive by our mentors the company provides the perfect environment for learning the right things, at your own pace, whilst being able to add your own personal touch to the material presented. Do you have any interview tips?

The interview is quite long, and involves answering a few technical questions, mostly related to solving simple physics/engineering tasks. I was also asked to prepare a 15 minute presentation on a subject of my preference.
