What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Get some work experience and confirm that it's what you want to do. Try and get as hands on as you can, and use this in interviews and application forms. Research the history of the company and its values. Research the projects that are high profile, but also the less known ones and find out what makes them special - there will always be something! Compare projects of similar sector that the company has done and find out how they have changed over time in design and method of construction.
