What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you get work experience whilst at university, whether it is year placements, summer placements or short work shadowing periods this is what counts most on the application. Make a point of going into some detail on these and show you used your technical knowledge.
Do you have any interview tips?
The assessment centre is intensive, but is over quickly so make sure you have worked out a few points to cover in advance. Make use of the people you meet outside of the formal interviews to get an idea of the company and then use plus points in your interviews.
