What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you apply early and aren't afraid of the outdoors. There's no point applying if your looking for a cosy desk job.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just be yourself. If you've made it to the interview stage then they already know your academically qualified for the role and just want to know a bit more about yourself. Be confident and answer all questions honestly. The interview was more informal so should make you feel more relaxed about the day.
