What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Use a wide range of experiences in covering the competencies asked for. Ensure it is spell checked and makes sense, have someone else read it if possible or read it out loud to yourself. Ensure your answers target the specific skill/competency asked for so that your answer will stand out and you can demonstrate your interest.
Do you have any interview tips?
Know the competencies BP required as the questions will be based around these. There will be a number of case studies within the interview process which are usually quite interesting and are not something to majorly worry about. It is most important to be relaxed and be courteous to others who are in the interview, if it is a group assessment.
