-Great team in the office.
-Free to go searching for projects that interest me.
-Flexible working hours and location.
-Frequent pay rises while on grad scheme
-Promotions process is very transparent.

Worst

-SLT can sometimes chase short term profit over long term development of staff, and new engineering disciplines.

Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000

Be yourself, the people conducting the assessment days will be the ones who's team you eventually join, so make sure you try and talk to everyone on the day, you only need one of them to want you on their team, you dont need to make everyone want you.
