What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Spend time researching the company prior to applying. Make sure you tailor your CV focusing on the things you have learnt during past jobs/experiences rather than simply focusing on what you did.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interviews were aimed at helping the interviewers to get to know me. Interviews were mainly competency based, even the "technical" interview. I was asked about why I was interested in working for the company as a whole, but not about why I was particularly interested in this role.
I would advise just being yourself as then you and the interviewers will quickly be able to assess whether your personality is a good fit for the company.
