What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you display a clear passion for engineering, not just in academia. Formula student and other engineering clubs are thought of very strongly here. Even if you just like tinkering with computers or fixing cars then it is well worth putting on your interests.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you research what is going on at the site you are applying for. There is no point talking about the wonderful things LM are doing in the US if you are applying to a UK office.
