What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Flexible working hours. Good salary. Lots of company rewards and discounts to cinema, restaurants, shops etc. Expense trips. Good career progression advice and opportunities.
Worst
Dependent on role, can sometimes be over-burdened with higher expectations than normal. Work/Life balance is project dependent.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Demonstrate good ethical and teamwork skills, focus on show-casing technical experience but don't overlook interpersonal skills such as maintaining good relations and being open to learning or working more flexibly.
