What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Really good exposure to the Executive Team of the company. During the first month of training, I met a lot of this team, and have given presentations to them since. They are also very approachable. I've found the company ethos is quite positive, during my time here I haven't run into too many issues or stumbling blocks where people have not wanted to help me.

Worst

The placements vary wildly as you're seeing a lot of the business. I think that this is a good thing, as long as you're open to experience a lot of different management styles. Being flexible is almost a necessity on this scheme, as you'll only have about 2 months notice as to where your next placement will be, and it could be a big move geographically to get there. Your needs are considered when looking at placement opportunities, but anything could happen.
