What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Include some information about any outreach activities that you do to support the community, in particular STEM related activities or any voluntary / fundraising work. It is something that the company takes seriously. Include all of the competencies that you have and that you are wanting to develop.
Do you have any interview tips?
Questions were not too technical. They seemed to be most interested in who you are as a person, whether other people would want to work with you and your enthusiasm for Engineering.
