What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
1) Be simple, organised and succinct in your CV
2) Depending on the sector you've applied for (aviation, oil & gas etc.) prepare accordingly for the technical part of the interview, the competency parts should be identical.
3) Be honest in your situational judgement test. If you fail this test, it means you probably don't fit as a personality in the company => you will suffer and so will your colleagues.
