What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Prior work experience is very important to Rolls-Royce. There are a number of questions in the interview which specifically require answers which aren't from part of your university experience. The vast majority of graduates taken on here have either done an internship or some sort of work experience at Rolls-Royce so that is the best way to get your foot in the door.

Do you have any interview tips?

A good knowledge of the company (even beyond the business you are applying for) will help a lot. Being able to drop in facts and figures which show you know about the broader company will help show that you have done your research.
