What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The variety of work an operations environment can throw at you. No two days are ever the same and things can change at very short notice. Also, working within a company open to change and supportive of fresh ideas.

Worst

The need to be flexible could be seen as the worst aspect of the job. In the space of 24 hours, you may be needed at the opposite end of the country, or in another depot. Plans can and will change very regularly. But, the experiences you can gain and learn from make it extremely worthwhile to remain flexible and for me now it is definitely one of the biggest strengths of the role.

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Start: 07:00

Finish: 17:00

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be open, honest and focus on the competencies and positive characteristics you have which would be beneficial to the company and would suit the role. Keep the application concise.
